Delores Mae Boy, age 70, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan.

Delores was born in rural Neshkoro, WI, to Bert and Margaret (Blackburn) Arthurs on September 27, 1951. Delores graduated from Wautoma High School in 1969. She lived in Ripon a year after graduating and worked at Advertisers. Delores married Ronald Boy on September 12, 1970, and they then moved to the Sheboygan area.

Delores enjoyed going to auctions, flea market, and garage sales where she collected things from the past. She was also interested in genealogy and traced the Boy family roots back to 1861 as well as traced the Arthurs and Blackburn families back. Delores also shared Ron’s interest in old cars. She enjoyed doing jig saw puzzles and sudoku. Together, Delores and Ron enjoyed their weekend summer place outside of Neshkoro.

Delores worked at Bemis Manufacturing Company in Sheboygan Falls for 42 years until her retirement in 2014. She was a member of the ‘Bemis 25 Year Club’.

Delores is survived by her husband, Ron; daughter, Ronda Boy of Sheboygan; son, Robby of Howards Grove; siblings, Darla Weber of Ripon, Bonnie Loring of Oak Ridge, TN, Peter (Melanie) Arthurs of Sheboygan, Candy (Tom) Marcin of Neshkoro, and Tammy Arthurs of Berlin; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Sue Boy, Duane (Rachel) Boy, and Randy (Special friend, Ann Stancar), all of Sheboygan; aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents; niece, Erin Arthurs; nephew, Brad Schultz; brothers-in-law, Roger Boy, Gino Loring, and Don Weber.

Per Delores’ wishes, there will be no services.
