Kris Patrick-Wolf

Kris Mary (Kampmann) Patrick-Wolf of Woodburn, Oregon, entered her heavenly home on February 3, 2018, following a courageous 4 year battle with lung cancer. Kris was born December 9, 1969, graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 1988, and from Carroll College in 1992 with her undergraduate degree in Art Therapy. She earned her master's degree from Marylhurst University in Lake Oswego, Oregon in 2001. Kris created and filled the position of Psychiatric Consult Specialist at Salem Hospital. She was dedicated to providing guidance for those in need of mental health care. Kris was a strong advocate for the advancement of research to someday stomp out lung cancer.
Kris is survived by her beloved children, Solon (12), Elias (5), and Annabelle (10). A dedicated mother, her children and family were her whole world. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Dr. Robert Wolf. She is also survived by John Patrick, her close friend and supporter. She will remain in the hearts of her loving parents, Dennis and Karen Kampmann of Sheboygan, her brother, David (Angela) Kampmann and her niece and nephew, Breck and Parker Kampmann of Sheboygan Falls. She is also survived by her aunt, Roxann (Kampmann) Kempfert of Sheboygan and her cousins Crystal and Scott (Rochelle) Siebert and Scott's children, Sydney and Zachary. She is also survived by her aunt, Irene and cousin, Tracy and her children, Amber and Matthew, all of Norfolk, Virginia.
Kris was welcomed to heaven with open arms by her grandparents, Ottomar and Angeline Scharrer and Roland and Virginia Kampmann, and uncles, William Siebert and Richard Kampmann.
Kris loved the outdoors, particularly the birds. Although Kris will remain in Woodburn with her family and numerous caring and thoughtful friends, a tree has been planted in her memory in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Sheboygan where her parents will join her under its branches when called. It was her hope that birds would make their home in her tree here in Sheboygan.
A Celebration of Kris's Life will be Saturday, April 7 at Zimmer's Westview Funeral and Cremation Care Center. Visitation will begin at the funeral home at 1:00 and the Celebration of Kris's Life at 2:00. Please visit www.zimmerfuneralhome.com to sign the guestbook.
