Kathleen "Kathy" Kay Bresett

Kathleen Kay Bresett, age 73, was welcomed into the arms of angels on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. She was born in Sheboygan on October 8, 1952, to the late Rexford and Caroline (Erdmann) Tenpas. She was a graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School.

Kathy spent most of her adult life in Phoenix, Arizona. She and her husband Rick loved to travel on their Harley Davidson Motorcycles, seeing the beauty of America and making memories. Kathy was known for her sense of humor and love for animals. In fact, she had a huge heart for her own fur babies, which included dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs! She will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. When you see a beautiful sunset, think of Kathy and smile.

Kathy is survived by her brothers Jim (Mary) and Scott (Kathy) Tenpas, her sister Pat (John) Maricque, and her niece Christy, who was more like a daughter to Kathy. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Kathy is preceded in death by her husband Rick.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for caring for Kathy and her family in her final years. Their warmth and compassion will not be forgotten.

Per Kathy’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services will be held.
