Jeffery D. Regan

Jeffery D. Regan, 63, of Howards Grove, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice with his wife by his side.  He was born April 3, 1960 in Hartford to the late Douglas and Mary (Murphy) Regan.  Jeff graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School with the Class of 1978.  Following graduation, he proudly joined and served with the US Air Force from 1978 to 1982.

Jeff was united in marriage to Anne (Swigert) Straus on July 11, 2020.  He worked as an HVAC Tech for Groeschel Company for over 20 years and most recently worked for Full-Service Heating and Air.

Jeff loved tinkering and could fix anything that came his way.  He enjoyed photography and spending time at Chain Lake in Lakewood with his family.  Jeff was proud of becoming an Eagle Scout and enjoyed participating in scouts with his son and nephews.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife Anne, sons, Michael (Kerri) Regan and Alfred Regan, grandchildren, Elaina, Maycie, and Myles Regan, brother Timothy (Heidi) Regan, sister Lori Kasper, brothers-in-law; Darren Hallam, Mark (Deb) Swigert, and Leo (Kathy) Swigert, sister-in-law Edie (Todd) Strysick, best friend Jim (Pam) Raquet, and his fur babies Cali, Chance, and Sunny. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, sister Leah Eubanks Hallam and brothers-in-law Larry Kasper and Carl Swigert.

A Celebration of Jeff’s Life will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2023 starting at 12:00 noon with a brief service and Military Honors taking place at 1:00 pm at the Howards Grove Village Hall, 913 S. Wisconsin Dr. Refreshments and time for remembrance until 5:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jeff’s name.
