Diane Ruth Neese, age 81, was welcomed into the arms of angels on Saturday, September 12, 2026. She was born in Sheboygan on October 8, 1944 to the late Norbert and Ruth (Christianson)Gandre. She is a 1963 graduate of Sheboygan South High School. On September 5, 1964, Diane married the love of her life, Dale Neese, in Sheboygan. Together they raised two sons: Kevin and Ken.

Above all else, Diane’s life was anchored in her deep faith. She was a devoted Christian who loved God and loved Jesus, carrying her faith as a guiding light through every season of her life.

That same love and devotion naturally extended to her family. Her deepest joy came from sharing life alongside her beloved husband, Dale, creating a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unwavering love. As a mother and grandmother, Diane was her family’s undisputed number-one fan. Rain or shine, hot or cold, she rarely missed a game or tournament. Whether cheering from the bleachers for her children and grandchildren or passionately rooting for her cherished Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers, her enthusiasm was constant.

Beyond the bleachers, Diane held a special place in her heart for animals, especially dogs. She loved traveling to hunting tournaments with the dogs, turning those trips into memorable mini-vacations complete with plenty of shopping along the way. She also enjoyed peaceful afternoons browsing local craft fairs, always excited to search for unique treasures and appreciate the handmade craftsmanship. Diane’s gentle spirit, steady presence, and deep devotion to her faith and family leave a lasting legacy for all who knew her.

Diane is survived by her husband, Dale, and their sons Kevin Neese and Ken (Joan) Neese. She is further survived by her grandchildren Jacob (Ashley) Neese and Jackson (Elisheba Sibbel) Neese, as well as other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Diane is preceded in death by her sisters Nancy DeRuyter and Linda (Michael) Salerno.

A funeral service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, W2776 Hwy 32 in Howards Grove, on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
