Craig R. Ostermann

Craig Roger Ostermann, age 44, passed away at his home on Saturday, June 6,2026. He was born August 6, 1981 to Roger and Pauline (Bartzen) Ostermann in Sheboygan. He graduated from Oostburg High School in 2000.

Growing up Craig enjoyed playing ice hockey including winning a state championship, deer hunting, and hanging out with friends. Craig loved to party and socialize with everyone. He liked playing cards especially poker. He enjoyed going to Las Vegas as well. Craig took pleasure in finding the right gift for the right person and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Craig worked in the sign business for many years with his father and was currently working in landscaping.

Craig is survived by his parents, brother John (Kayla) Ostermann and sister Lisa (Ken) Wilkey, grandmothers Louette Ostermann and Clarona Bartzen. Nephews Jaxon and Parker Ostermann, nieces Daphne, Freya, Arya and Isla Wilkey and many cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by grandfathers Gerhardt Ostermann and Walter Bartzen.

A Memorial Service for Craig will take place at 6:00 PM on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Ballhorn Chapels, 1201 N 8th St. in Sheboygan. Family will greet visitors at Ballhorn Chapels, on Thursday, from 4:00 PM until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to the American Heart Association.
