Obituary

Bonnie Lee Parnitzke passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 82. She was born on January 17, 1944, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, to Alton and Bernice Klein.

On September 25. 1963, she married Lawrence “Larry” Julius Parnitzke at St. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church.

She was a woman who valued family above all else. Bonnie spent most of her time caring for and raising her grandchildren. She was a kind and outstanding individual who could be described as the “Mother Hen”. On her free time, she enjoyed tending to her flowers in the garden, frequenting the casino for a good game of Bingo, slots, and playing cards. Bonnie loved vacationing up north with her family where they often stayed in cabins along the lakes.

Bonnie was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She is survived by her sons Todd Parnitzke, Terry (Ann) Parnitzke, and Troy (Julia) Parnitzke; sisters Wanda (Danny) Zolp, Debra (Jim) Hertel; brothers Bob (Kathy) Klein and Steve (Eve) Klein; and grandchildren Zack, Leah, Sam, Rayanna, Claire, Jacob, and Wesley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Bernice Parnitzke, her sisters Sherry and Marjorie (Zel) Grinell.

Private family services will take place for Bonnie.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Sheboygan Aurora Hospice and her neighbor Mary who assisted Bonnie greatly over the last few months.
