Bonnie Adamavich

Bonnie K. Adamavich, age 82, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Meadowview Manor in Sheboygan.

Bonnie was born on June 16, 1939, to Arthur and Vernita (Fasse) Anger in Sheboygan. After high school, Bonnie was united in marriage to John Adamavich and together they raised three children, Sherri, Steven, and Rhonda.

Bonnie worked for Kohler Co. for 35 years and retired in 2000. She was her brother, Ralph’s, caregiver for much of his life.

Bonnie was an avid gardener and greatly enjoyed flowers and bird watching. She loved talking with her friends and family on the phone. Bonnie enjoyed window shopping for herself and for family and was constantly able to discover the most ‘unique’ pieces. She liked taking walks through Terry Andrae State Park and the boardwalk of downtown Sheboygan. Bonnie was always the host for family get togethers and relished spending time with her family and friends.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Sherri (Brian) Nitsch, Steven Adamavich, and Rhonda (Roger) Leland; grandchildren, Joshua and Isaac (Lindsey) Adamavich, Jordan (Allison) Leland, Steven Adamavich Jr., Nigel (Nicole) Lewandowski, Amber Silva, Brianna Leland, and Brittany Adamavich; many great-grandchildren; sister, Karen Krueger; longtime friend, Jerry Colbert; former husband, John (Emilee) Adamavich; and other relatives and friends.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ralph Anger; grandson, Brandon Adamavich; brother-in-law, Roger Krueger.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Bonnie at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Zimmer-Westview Funeral and Cremation Care Center (W2132 Garton Road, Sheboygan, WI 53083) with Pastor RaeAnn Beebe of Saron UCC officiating. A public visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of Bonnie’s service at the funeral home. A committal service will follow at Saron UCC Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to RCS in Sheboygan in Bonnie’s name.
