Betty J. Klabechek

Betty J. Klabechek, 82, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Pine Haven Christian Communities. She was born on March 4, 1942, to the late Clarence and Lucille (Eisold) Klabechek in Sheboygan, WI. She was a graduate of Sheboygan Central High School.

She worked for the Sheboygan County Treasurer’s Office until her retirement. Betty was a member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, Sheboygan, where she taught Sunday School for many years. 

Betty is survived by her sister-in-law Marie Klabechek; nephew Matthew Klabechek; two nieces, Cynthia (Mike) Koppelman and Katherine (Scott) Schuler; dear friends Ann (Leon Seese) Wislinsky, John (Joanne) Picard, Carol (Mike) Radey; other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Lucille Klabechek; her lifelong partner Donna Cadotte; her brother Peter Klabechek; a great niece and a great nephew. 

A funeral service for Betty will take place on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, 1810 N 13th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081, with Rev. Alan Kretschmar officiating. Relatives and friends are welcome to the church on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place at Lutheran Cemetery, Sheboygan.

A memorial fund has been established in Betty’s name.

The family would like to thank the staff at Pine Haven for the care they provided Betty for the past two years.
