Marilouise Zingsheim Visitation and Mass 9:30 - 11:00

Marilouise Pauly Zingsheim, 83,  passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, where she had been a resident for a short time.

Born on July 28, 1924 in Manitowoc, WI., Marilouise was the daughter of the late Emil and Eulalia (Becker) Pauly .  She was united in marriage to A. J. Zingsheim on Sept 7, 1946 in Manitowoc.

Marilouise graduated from St. Mary's high school in Menasha, WI and attended St. Mary's College of Notre Dame. 

During her active life, she served as president of the Garden Club of America and president of the Sheboygan Service Club.  Marilouise was also a member of the board of the Manitou Girl Scout Council, St. Clement Altar Society and volunteered at St Nicholas Hospital.  She was always ready to help those in need.  Marilouise and A.J. were members of St. Clement Church, Pine Hills Country Club, The Sheboygan Yacht Club, Desert Forest Golf Club and Desert Mountain Country Club in Carefree, AZ. where she and A.J. lived for 20 years during the winter months. Marilouise was continually smiling and always had a good time with her family and friends in Sheboygan and Arizona.

Marilouise is survived by her husband A.J. Zingsheim, daughters Marijo (John) Van Der Vaart, Nan (Clarke) Ross, sons John (Mary) Zingsheim and Kurt (Sue) Zingsheim, 17 grandchildren including Anne (David) Murphy, John, Tim, and Carolyn Van Der Vaart, Erik, Ann, Michael, Jake, John and Maria Ross, Meg (Jeff) Coleman, Beth (Jason) Crye, A. J. and Jacque Zingsheim, Matthew, Maura and Murphy Zingsheim, and 10 great grandchildren Ellie and Sam Murphy, Amelia, Augustine, William, Sophia and Benedict Coleman, Rosa and Hannah Ross, and John Crye.  She is further survived by her brother Greg (Sis) Pauly, Rosemarie Reinhardt, Ann (Tom) Knab, sister-in-law Mary Ellen Gilligan, and brother-in-law Phil Hettinger.  She was preceded in death by her sisters Miriam Pauly and Margaret Pauly Hettinger, and brother-in-laws Leo Gilligan and Frank Reinhart.

A  Mass of Christian burial  will be celebrated for Marilouise Friday, July 18, 2008, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Clement Catholic Church.  Friends may call on Friday, at church, from 9:30 A.M. until the time of service.  A private family entombment will take place at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.

Memorials in the name of Marilouise Zingsheim can be sent to St. Clement, St. Nicholas Hospital, the Alzheimer's Association, Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, or a charity of your choice.
